What We Do
Turnaround projects are executed by people. Which is why, at TACTRL, we support industry leaders in turnaround success by emphasizing the importance of experienced and knowledgeable personnel and project information transparency with our clients.
It is our belief that turnaround success can only be achieved through visibility to our client; that’s why we call it an alliance. We work with your team to implement turnaround management processes, reports, and documentation. Combined with our world-class personnel, we help clients to achieve projects that are safe, on schedule, on budget and driven by quality.
To further the visibility of information to our clients, TACTRL utilizes a large variety of organizational tools such as a three-year database storage for client access to all standard documents. These documents include master scope documents and dashboards, master cost files and dashboards, communication/meeting templates, risk management tools, planning guidelines, schedule feedback forms, daily force reports, change management processes, vendor facilitation documentation, and project execution templates. Furthermore, we ensure communication is clear and available through an RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed) matrix of project stakeholders for distribution of required documentation, frequent turnaround meetings as required by the client and facilitated by TACTRL, daily updates during turnaround event, and facilitated lessons learned at the end of the project.
